With an apprenticeship alongside the leading name of French cuisine, Alain Ducasse, and training at various hotels and restaurants in Monte Carlo, Provence, Paris and Hong Kong, Envangelou now holds the position of Executive Chef at the Hotel Grande Bretagne.
