2 OZ GIN ORANGE ZEST GARNISH 1/2 OZ MALBEC WINE SYRUP

3/4 OZ APEROL 3 DASHES ORANGE BITTERS

1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO COCKTAIL SHAKER. 2. ADD ICE, STIR, AND STRAIN INTO MARTINI GLASS. 3. GARNISH WITH ORANGE ZEST (HOLD ORANGE ZEST AND LIGHTER OVER GLASS AND SQUEEZE ZEST INTO FLAME). RECIPE FOR MALBEC WINE SYRUP: 1. ADD 20 0Z AGAVE OR SUGAR TO 16 OZ MALBEC WINE. 2. HEAT UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED. REMOVE FROM HEAT. 3. LET COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
