Charred Santé Fe green chilies add a savory addition to this thirst quenching cocktail, and the smoked salt rim brings contrast to the bright citrus while evoking memories of backyard bbq’s of years gone by. 2 OZ BIANCO TEQUILA 1 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE .75 OZ CHARRED CHILI AGAVE

1 DASH ORANGE BITTERS DOUBLE OLD FASHIONED GLASS MALDON SEA SALT OR LOCAL SMOKED SALT FOR GARNISH

1. RUB HALF OF THE RIM WITH LIME 2. DIP EDGE OF HALF GLASS IN SMOKED SALT. 3. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS INTO COCKTAIL TIN. 4. FILL LARGE SHAKER TIN WITH ICE. 5. HARD SHAKE FOR 8 SECONDS. 6. DOUBLE STRAIN OVER ICE INTO LARGE ROCKS/DOUBLE OLD FASHION GLASS 7. ADD CHARRED CHILI AGAVE. Char 3 to 4 Santa Fe or Aneheim chillies on open flame . Remove Seeds. Mix 16 oz light agave with 16 oz water. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend ingredients on high. Strain Should have less slightly less heat than jalapeño
