1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO COCKTAIL STRAINER EXCEPT SODA. 2. *DRY SHAKE, ADD ICE. 3. SHAKE. 4. STRAIN AND SERVE ON ROCKS IN COLLINS GLASS. 2. TOP WITH SODA. GARNISH WITH LONG SLICE OF GINGER. GINGER SYRUP: 1. ADD 20 OZ AGAVE OR SUGAR TO 16 OZ WATER 2. ADD TWO BIG PIECES (1 BY 3 INCH) OF CHOPPED GINGER TO A POT. 3. BRING TO A BOIL. 4. COVER AND LET COOL FOR 45 MIN. 5.
