1 OZ LIME JUICE THAI BASIL GARNISH VADA GIMLET

1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO COCKTAIL SHAKER. 2. ADD ICE, SHAKE, AND SERVE ON THE ROCKS IN OLD-FASHIONED ROCKS GLASS. 3. TAKE BASIL LEAVES IN HAND AND PRESS OVER TOP OF GLASS TO RELEASE OILS. 4. GARNISH WITH THAI BASIL SPRIG. RECIPE FOR THAI CHILI LEMONGRASS SYRUP: 1. ADD 20 0Z AGAVE OR SUGAR AND 16 OZ WATER 2. 5 STALKS SMASHED/ROUGH-CHOPPED LEMONGRASS 3. 3 THAI BIRD CHILIS, TO POT, BRING TO A BOIL 4. REMOVE FROM HEAT 5. COVER, LET COOL FOR 45 MIN 6. STRAIN
