2.5 OZ CLUB SODA GARNISH SHISO LEAF GLASS: COLLINS/HIGHBALL

1. ADD WHISKY, YUZU JUICE AND SHISO SYRUP TO MIXING TIN. 2. FILL SHAKER FULL OF ICE. HARD SHAKE FOR 8 to 10 SECONDS. 3. DOUBLE STRAIN OVER ICE IN COLLINS GLASS. 4. TOP WITH SODA; STIR. GARNISH WITH SHISO LEAF.
