1. BUILD INGREDIENTS IN 18 OZ METAL SHAKER, ADD ICE. 2. SHAKE HARD FOR 10 SECONDS AND STRAIN. 3. SERVE ON THE ROCKS IN A DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS. RECIPE FOR CARDAMOM INFUSION: 1. 1/4 CUP COARSELY GROUND GREEN CARDAMOM PODS. 2. TOAST ON STOVETOP IN PAN (UNTIL SMOKING). 3. ADD AGAVE MIX. 4. BRING TO A BOIL. 5. COVER AND LET STAND 45 MIN. 6. STRAIN THROUGH CHINOIS.
