3/4 OZ LEMON JUICE 2 OZ RUM TOP WITH SODA

1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT SODA TO COCKTAIL SHAKER. 2 .DRY SHAKE (NO ICE). ADD ICE TO COCKTAIL SHAKER. 3. HARD SHAKE FOR 10 SECONDS. 4. ADD ICE TO COLLINS GLASS. 5. DOUBLE STRAIN INTO GLASS. 6. TOP WITH SODA CARDAMOM INFUSION: 1. MIX 16 OZ AGAVE TO 16 OZ WATER. 2. TOAST 2 OZ COARSE GREEN CARDAMOM PODS IN PAN TILL SMOKE WHISPS. 3. ADD AGAVE MIXTURE. 4. BRING TO A BOIL. 5. REMOVE FROM HEAT. 6. COVER AND LET STAND 30 MIN. STRAIN.
